Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at CenCal, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities that may include:

• Timely completion of necessary documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, maintaining impeccable records for all clients.

• Employing evidence-based screening tools and methodologies as part of the clinical team to inform treatment decisions.

• Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement Positive Behavior Support Plans to enhance client engagement and success.

• Actively participating in various licensing and accreditation processes to uphold and advance the clinic's operational standards.

• Acting as a liaison with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to develop a robust support network for clients.

• Establishing and nurturing relationships with stakeholders within local, state, and federal agencies to secure funding and programmatic support.

• Engaging in professional development activities, including attending conferences and participating in statewide task forces, to expand your knowledge and represent CenCal's commitment to mental health advocacy.

• Championing the clinic's mission, values, philosophy, and principles in all professional interactions.

• Performing additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support clinic operations and patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals struggling with mental health disorders, substance use issues, developmental disabilities, and those recovering from brain injuries. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• An independent LPCC license is essential to practice in the state of California.
