CRM Team Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced CRM Team Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform) to lead our CRM practice and support the delivery of high-quality solutions. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with strong technical expertise and proven experience in managing teams, who wants to combine people leadership with real impact on client projects. Your responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of CRM and Power Platform consultants and developers Oversee delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects Ensure best practices in solution design, architecture, and implementation Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Marketing, IT, Delivery) Drive continuous improvement in processes and team performance Build a high‑performing, collaborative, and accountable team culture Set goals, KPIs, and support team members’ professional development Act as an escalation point for complex delivery or team challenges Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform innovations Support selected presales and client‑facing activities To be successful in this role, you should have: Experience in leading CRM / Power Platform teams Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Deep expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to build and develop high‑performing teams Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills Business‑oriented mindset Full professional proficiency in Polish and English (written and spoken) What we offer Employment contract or B2B — your choice Competitive salary based on experience and impact Private medical care, sports card, life insurance Training, certifications, and English support Space for your ideas and real influence on how we work #J-18808-Ljbffr
