Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, employing standardized tools and interviews.

• Employ various therapeutic modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy, to provide evidence-based interventions.

• Monitor clients' progress, reassessing and adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with their therapeutic goals.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, delivering immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress.

• Document all client interactions accurately and maintain confidentiality while adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals, to enhance patient care.

• Stay updated on the latest research and treatment methodologies in mental health to ensure the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working closely with clients who present a wide range of mental health needs, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, substance abuse, and severe mental illnesses. The client base includes individuals within community settings as well as those within the county jail system, highlighting the importance of your expertise in crisis management and rehabilitation efforts.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, accompanied by additional bonus opportunities.
