IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to all employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and maintaining network systems. Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems and data through regular backups, updates, and maintenance. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of new software and hardware systems. Train employees on proper use of technology and provide ongoing support and guidance. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements to make recommendations for improving the company's IT infrastructure. Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve technical issues that may impact business operations. Maintain accurate records of IT inventory and equipment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows operating systems. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
