Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, ensuring effective rehabilitation for both orthopedic and neurologic conditions.
• Utilize advanced software to objectively measure patient outcomes, enhancing treatment strategies based on real-time data insights.
• Conduct thorough evaluations and document all relevant information, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries with diligence and precision.
• Provide expert assessments that reflect each patient's status while considering age-related requirements to deliver optimal care.
• Adhere to the organizational policies and procedures while practicing within the guidelines established by your specific area of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited program in physical therapy.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida, or a temporary permit is acceptable.
• A current BLS/Health Care Provider certification.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, with familiarity in treating orthopedic conditions.

• Previous use of patient management and outcome measurement software is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
