Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored, individualized therapy sessions to patients, effectively addressing their unique recovery goals and needs.
• Maintain an optimal patient caseload, allowing for thorough and focused one-on-one treatment sessions.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to devise treatment plans that incorporate a variety of restorative techniques.
• Empower patients by emphasizing non-surgical alternatives and employing cost-effective treatment methodologies to enhance motion and mobility.
• Develop and execute comprehensive care plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions and innovative therapeutic programs.
• Motivate and guide patients throughout their treatment journey, instilling confidence and promoting a proactive mindset towards recovery.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, ensuring a cohesive approach to patient wellness and rehabilitation.
• Regularly assess treatment efficacy and modify care plans as necessary to align with progress.
• Strictly adhere to documentation protocols by maintaining accurate records of patient assessments and treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The orthopedic focus of our practice involves treating a diverse range of patients, including athletes recovering from injuries, individuals post-surgery, and adults facing mobility challenges due to chronic conditions. Our clients span various age groups and activity levels, allowing our therapists to apply their specialized skills in a dynamic clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Possess a valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• Exhibit a clean and impeccable license record with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Demonstrate proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and exercise program creation.
• Be adept with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, particularly Web PT, to ensure meticulous documentation.
• Stay current with developments in physical therapy practices substantiated by research.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to develop specialized exercise regimens that cater to individual patient needs.
• Experience with modalities such as Dry Needling or Functional Movement Screen (FMS) certifications is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes health and dental insurance, paid time off, continuing education reimbursement, and retirement savings plans.
