Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to evaluate their physical function and limitations, using clinical judgment to establish an appropriate level of care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's unique goals and rehabilitation needs.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic approaches, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities designed to restore function and reduce pain.
• Maintain consistent and supportive communication with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure collaborative care and address any concerns regarding treatment progress.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Educate patients and families about home exercise programs and lifestyle modifications to facilitate ongoing recovery and injury prevention.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary patient population consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and musculoskeletal disorders. Our approach is holistic, focusing on physical, cognitive, and emotional rehabilitation in order to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Possession of a current Physical Therapist license to practice in the state of Florida.

• Strong clinical skills and the ability to utilize evidence-based practices when developing and implementing treatment plans.

Preferred Experience

• Certification in advanced rehabilitation techniques or specialties relevant to orthopedic therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
