Company Description Octavia Technologies is an early-stage, venture-backed startup operating at the intersection of artificial intelligence and critical minerals exploration. Role Description The Chief of Staff is a full-time, on-site role based in Palo Alto, CA, working closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the company. Qualifications Experience in strategic planning, project management, and operational execution in a startup or high-growth environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive presentations, investor updates, and board materials. Ability to build relationships and influence across teams, fostering collaboration between technical, business, and operations stakeholders. High level of ownership, discretion, and integrity, with comfort handling confidential information and sensitive initiatives. Background in technology, AI, data-driven businesses, or related fields; experience in energy, mining, or critical minerals is a plus. Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree in business, engineering, policy, or a related discipline is beneficial.
