Passionate about healthcare entrepreneurship, the full-time salaried Community Manager will grow and manage an online social network for healthcare founders, clinicians, investors, and industry leaders by organizing events, inviting speakers, and fostering community engagement remotely. Key Responsibilities Grow the Healthcare Shares entrepreneurship community by recruiting diverse members from the healthcare innovation sector Organize and manage the community event schedule, including pitch events, educational sessions, and networking opportunities Invite educational speakers and coordinate logistics for events to ensure a professional experience for participants Required Qualifications Strong interest in healthcare entrepreneurship, startups, venture capital, and innovation Experience in community management, event planning, or partnerships in relevant fields preferred Ability to recruit speakers and community members through thoughtful outreach Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing, and community platforms preferred Self-directed and highly organized, with a professional demeanor for representing the community
