Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions via a secure video chat platform, ensuring ethical and compassionate delivery of mental health counseling.

• Assist clients in cultivating coping mechanisms, problem-solving strategies, and enhanced communication skills to navigate their challenges effectively.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions while minimizing paperwork through streamlined documentation practices.

In this role, you will primarily engage with a diverse population of low-acuity adults seeking mental health support. Your focus will be on providing timely interventions, coping strategies, and ongoing support to individuals who may experience symptoms related to anxiety, depression, stress management, and adjustment difficulties. The approach is client-centered, focusing on empowering individuals to take charge of their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Possession of a current, valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is essential for this position.
