Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the unique mental health needs of clients, cultivating a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices while considering each client's circumstances and goals.

• Engage actively in crisis intervention and management, providing support and resources to clients experiencing acute psychological distress.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records that detail patient histories, treatment plans, session notes, and progress updates within the organization’s electronic health record system.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, coping strategies, and available community resources to foster empowerment and recovery.

• Participate in clinical meetings and case consultations, providing insight and collaborative feedback to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Many clients may also come from marginalized communities seeking culturally competent care. Your expertise will enable you to tailor therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual, thereby fostering a sense of safety and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health theories, assessment techniques, and treatment modalities.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate with healthcare teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n
