Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed client evaluations through physical assessments and evidence-based practices to identify musculoskeletal conditions and functional limitations.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, utilizing modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education for optimal recovery.
• Provide hands-on therapy tailored specifically to the patient's advanced progress and needs, demonstrating exercises and techniques that can be safely performed at home.
• Educate patients and families regarding self-care techniques and at-home exercises to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care and open communication regarding patient progress and any adjustments needed in treatment plans.
• Maintain precise and thorough documentation in patient records, adhering to legal and organizational standards for confidentiality and therapeutic efficacy.
• Participate in team meetings, contributing to clinic discussions on patient care strategies, departmental goals, and improvements in practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will primarily focus on treating patients with orthopedic needs, including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, degenerative diseases, and chronic pain issues. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, ideally focused on orthopedics.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 110,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
