Project Coordinator

Our client is seeking a

Project Coordinator

with at least

2 years of experience

supporting construction projects. This individual will work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to keep projects organized, on schedule, and properly documented. Key Responsibilities: Support Project Managers with day-to-day construction project coordination Maintain project schedules, contracts, change orders, purchase orders, and documentation Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and clients Assist with RFIs, submittals, permits, and project closeout documentation Track project timelines, materials, deliverables, and outstanding action items Schedule meetings and maintain organized project files and records Requirements: Minimum 2 years of construction project coordination experience Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office; construction/project management software experience is a plus Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Pay:

$23-$26/hour
