Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at FullScope Counseling Services, your role will include but not be limited to:

• Conducting thorough initial intake assessments tailored to each client's unique strengths, needs, and life circumstances.

• Independently developing detailed treatment plans that feature clear, measurable goals and evidence-based intervention strategies, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.

• Providing therapeutic support to clients, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to help them achieve personal and interpersonal growth.

• Regularly assessing the effectiveness of implemented interventions and documenting outcomes to ensure continuous improvement in care provision.
\n
• Maintaining concise documentation, with the requirement for an initial intake note, ongoing treatment plans, and progress notes after each session.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting patients within the hospice care setting, often dealing with complex emotional and psychological issues related to terminal illness. You'll engage with clients and their families, addressing feelings of grief, anxiety, and existential concerns, and assisting them in navigating their end-of-life journeys with dignity and peace.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a closely related field is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
