Description:We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Electrical Project Manager** to oversee and manage new Electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of electrical projects.

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Oversee on-site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other contractors to ensure project goals are met.

- Monitor progress and make adjustments to project plans as necessary.

- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Manage subcontractors and ensure timely delivery of services.

- Communicate project updates and progress to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure work adheres to project specifications.

- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical project management, with a focus on commercial or residential projects.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- OSHA certification preferred.

- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.
