Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care that empathizes with each patient's unique rehabilitation goals and needs.
• Maintain an appropriate patient load to ensure that each individual receives sufficient time and focused attention during their therapy sessions.
• Demonstrate expertise in orthopedic outpatient care, employing techniques that draw from extensive training and hands-on experience.
• Utilize cost-effective treatment methods aimed at improving patients' motion and mobility while minimizing reliance on surgical intervention and medications.
• Develop comprehensive and customized care plans, incorporating various treatment techniques tailored to meet each patient's requirements.
• Implement fitness and wellness programs designed to enhance patients' physical strength, flexibility, balance, and overall health.
• Employ evidence-based interventions for personalized and effective patient care, continually monitoring treatment effectiveness and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as occupational therapists, physicians, and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their treatment journeys to foster a mindset of recovery and empowerment.
• Document patient interactions and progress meticulously within the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, particularly using Web PT software for accurate, comprehensive reporting.

Qualifications

• A completed Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from a reputable institution.
• An active and impeccable Physical Therapist license without any history of sanctions or board proceedings.

• Proficient use of EMR systems, specifically Web PT, ensuring accurate tracking of patient care and outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
