Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients to identify their mental health needs and socio-economic challenges.

• Utilize effective solution-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to facilitate behavioral changes.

• Document clinical sessions and maintain timely records according to regulatory requirements and organizational guidelines, ensuring the confidentiality of patient information.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising physicians, addiction specialists, and psychiatric nurses to coordinate care that supports the recovery process.

• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families, helping them to understand treatment options and resources available to them.

• Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in mental health and substance use treatment, integrating new knowledge into clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults undergoing detoxification, many of whom are facing co-occurring mental health disorders. This patient population often requires compassionate, trauma-informed care tailored to their unique histories and circumstances. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n
