Work Environment

Our clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a balanced work schedule that promotes work-life harmony.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of new patients to assess their physical condition and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results, goals, and evidence-based practices.
• Implement hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy, modalities, and exercise prescription to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Facilitate therapeutic exercise programs, guiding patients through each movement to ensure correct techniques and optimal outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans accordingly to maximize recovery and functional improvement.
• Document patient care using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, including WebPT, to maintain organized and thorough records.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises, injury prevention strategies, and healthy lifestyle habits.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our target patient population consists predominantly of individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and musculoskeletal disorders. This includes post-operative rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain management. The role demands a patient-oriented approach, where establishing rapport and fostering trust is essential for effective recovery. You will work closely with a diverse age group, tailoring interventions to meet the specific needs of each patient.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred).
• Active and valid New Jersey Physical Therapy license.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy modalities, therapeutic exercises, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Proficiency in EMR software, with hands-on experience using systems like WebPT.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of experience is required, we encourage applicants with specialized training in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, and manual therapy techniques to apply. Compensation and Benefits
