Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct counseling sessions via telehealth platforms. You will be expected to adhere to a Monday to Friday schedule, working from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care strategies that align with the best interests of clients.

  Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops, webinars, and training to stay abreast of evolving mental health practices and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, reflecting varying degrees of mental health challenges. This includes individuals and families facing issues such as substance abuse, domestic violence, child maltreatment, trauma, and various mental health conditions. Your role is critical in providing timely and accurate assessments while ensuring each client receives empathetic and culturally competent support.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

  Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

  Demonstrated experience in counseling a diverse clientele, showcasing effective therapeutic techniques and approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
