Join our team at SRG Residential, where we support a growing portfolio of multi‑family properties. Responsibilities These positions will be directly responsible for the overall management, administration, operations, and financial performance of the assigned multi‑family portfolio. They will also act as the company representative in all matters related to investor, owner, or owner representative reporting, meetings, discussions, and relations. Qualifications Must obtain a real estate license within 6 months of assuming the role Must have experience in multi‑family property management Prefer 2-4 years experience as a Regional Manager Proven leadership skills Experience managing third‑party client relationships Strong financial background Must be able to travel as needed Lease‑up experience preferred but not required Certification or designation from an accredited organization (ARM, CAM, CAPS, CPM, etc.) Salary range is $135,000–$165,000 per year with a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(k) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location. Regular full‑time employees working 30–40 hours a week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, other voluntary benefits, vacation accrual, and sick time accrual in accordance with law.
