This role is designed to be remote, allowing for flexibility while ensuring that you have access to our dedicated team. You will typically engage in a structured workweek from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, which allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the specific needs of clients entering the detox program, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform care plans.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, nurses, and medical staff, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving positive recovery outcomes.

• Provide direct clinical services, including individual and group counseling sessions, to support clients through the detoxification process while facilitating coping strategies and building resilience.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and regulatory standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about the latest trends and advancements in social work and addiction treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve individuals facing substance use disorders, many of whom are navigating complex psychological and social issues. Your expertise will guide them through intensive detox treatment, emphasizing safety, compassion, and empowerment. Connecting with clients from diverse backgrounds, you will tailor interventions to respect their unique journeys and beliefs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid LCSW license in New Jersey, with the ability to practice independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
