This role is designed for telehealth, meaning you will work from the comfort of your home or any preferred location within Nevada. You will have access to a collaborative virtual community of dedicated professionals who share insights, provide peer support, and prioritize your growth as a clinician. With a structured schedule typically running Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, you can enjoy the flexibility to choose your hours around client needs, including evening and weekend availability if desired.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients.

• Perform initial intakes, comprehensive assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our user-friendly electronic health record (EHR) system, which streamlines tracking client progress and helps meet compliance standards.

• Work collaboratively with fellow therapists, medical providers, and support staff to coordinate holistic care that addresses all aspects of the client's mental health and well-being.

• Participate in optional case consultations, ongoing training sessions, and team meetings to refine clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in the field.

• Adapt a flexible approach by customizing your client load and setting your own hours, ensuring a fulfilling work-life balance.

The LCPC in this role will work with a diverse array of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, trauma recovery, mood disorders, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license in the state of Nevada is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
