Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health status, strengths, and needs of patients entering the Detox Center.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate input from all stakeholders, ensuring a cohesive approach to patient care.

• Provide educational support to patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, coping skills, and medication management.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, creating an environment where patients can express their concerns and learn from each other.

• Help patients navigate the complexities of the mental health system, acting as an advocate for their rights and needs, especially in times of crisis.

• Organize and lead therapeutic groups and psychoeducation sessions, as well as participate in discharge planning meetings to ensure smooth transitions post-treatment.

The patients you will work with in our Detox Center are often individuals facing acute substance use disorders, frequently accompanied by co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, accompanied by a sign-on bonus.
