Our Power Generation Vertical is expanding rapidly, fueled by strong client demand, industry momentum, and the reputation of our teams who consistently deliver the Jedson Edge. We’re looking for a Director of Business Development – Power Generation who is ready to help accelerate this trajectory and shape how Jedson shows up in one of the most dynamic markets in the world. What You’ll Be Doing As a senior business development leader, you’ll partner closely with our Power Generation Vertical Lead to define our go‑to‑market strategy and drive growth through strong client relationships, market intelligence, and strategic pursuit leadership. You’ll be the face of Jedson for key clients and prospects, helping us expand our footprint and win high‑value engineering and EPCM opportunities. Your responsibilities will include: Winning profitable business from both new and existing clients Identifying client needs, qualifying opportunities, and collaborating with engineering teams to craft compelling solutions Leading proposal development and pricing coordination Identifying opportunities for differentiation in technical capability, project delivery, and commercial strategy Calling on prospective utilities, owner‑operators, and power generation clients Conducting cold outreach and targeted lead generation Attending industry conferences, networking events, and serving as a thought leader Gathering and returning competitive intelligence to strengthen Jedson’s market position Participating in project management activities for engagements you help secure Serving as the primary client contact to deepen and expand long‑term relationships Your Ideal Background You bring an entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for solving client challenges, and the confidence to challenge the status quo.
