We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to join our well know and established firm. In this vital role, you will manage and maintain accurate financial records. ** Responsibilities **

• Record, classify, and reconcile financial transactions using QuickBooks
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections
• Prepare journal entries, perform bank reconciliations, and maintain the general ledger in Quickbooks
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis to verify accuracy of financial data
• Process payroll accurately while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and supporting documentation for audits or management review
• Maintain organized records of all financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and transaction logs
• Review and make management vendor payments

** Requirements **

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role with strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Experience with payroll processing and accounts payable/receivable management
• Ability to analyze financial data using spreadsheets and accounting systems effectively
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
