Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to ascertain clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, using standardized tools and interviews.

• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods tailored to each client's unique challenges and goals.

• Design, implement, and monitor personalized service plans that promote client empowerment and recovery.

• Advocate vigorously for the rights of clients, ensuring access to necessary resources, and addressing social justice concerns pertinent to their experiences.

• Engage in continuous program evaluation and contribute to grant reporting to secure funding for further development of services.

• Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations, government agencies, and volunteers to enhance and expand our services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a vital member of the team, you will work predominantly with clients facing addiction and mental health challenges. Our client population is diverse, including individuals from various backgrounds and socioeconomic statuses. You will play an instrumental role in facilitating their transition to recovery by providing tailored therapeutic strategies and comprehensive support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
