Remote Strategic Customer Success Consultant

Granicus is seeking a Customer Success Consultant to drive adoption of our SaaS solutions across strategic accounts. You will partner with Sales, Implementation and Support to maximize value and retention, while delivering exceptional customer experiences from onboarding through renewal.
