Full Time, Laguna Beach, CA, US Job Description We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has a background in kitchen work, food production, and inventory control. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast‑paced environment. As a Kitchen Manager, you will oversee daily operations, motivate teamwork, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. Monitor food costs and work toward budget targets. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Minimum 1 year in Kitchen Management experience. Strong knowledge of food production. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Understanding of inventory control practices.
