Key Responsibilities\n

As a remote mental health counselor, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting therapy sessions with individuals via live video chats during scheduled appointments.

• Facilitating discussions around emotions and experiences to help clients process and articulate their feelings.

• Setting therapeutic goals together with clients, ensuring they are achievable and relevant to their personal journeys.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active and unrestricted license to practice independently, including:

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• A clear track record with no limited or provisional licenses and no disciplinary actions.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage clients.

• Proficiency in using computer systems and online communication tools.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in telehealth or remote counseling is highly desirable but not mandatory. Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and the ability to build rapport with clients quickly will complement our training and onboarding process.
