If you're passionate about technology and eager to make a difference, the EAIS unit is the perfect place for you to grow and thrive.Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer Your contribution to the team: Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks. A passion for design and hands-on coding experience A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholdersRequired Skill and Experience1. IBM Sterling Integrator, Map Editor, Industry standards for EDI such as ANSI X12, XML, EDIFACT.2. hands-on experience on Sterling Integrator 3. hands-on experience on various Sterling Integrator tools such as GPM, SI Map Editor, Sterling Integrator Dashboard, Business process monitor, Document tracking etc.,4. knowledge in standard EDI processes.Knowledge on Experience in Domain and functional knowledge will be added advantagePreferred Skill and Experience• Experience in Databases• Good knowledge on Windows and UNIX environmentAdditional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
