Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. Requirements Bilingual in English & Spanish is required Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience. CPA or CMA certification (highly preferred). Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills. Strong understanding of GAAP.
