Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and circumstances, applying evidence-based practices.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other recognized treatment techniques to facilitate client healing and growth.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of professional ethics.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver holistic care.

• Participate in case consultations and peer reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients confronting various mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety disorders, and depressive conditions. Your role will involve addressing the unique experiences and cultural backgrounds of each client to deliver personalized care that caters to their specific needs and goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active professional license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Psychologist in Washington state.

• Demonstrated experience in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions that effectively meet the changing needs of your clients.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients and their families.
