Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine clients' needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic methods.

• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals including psychiatrists, case managers, and social workers to coordinate comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n
