Administrative Assistant

$17–$22/hour

We’re partnering with a local business in the Jacksonville area looking to add a reliable, friendly Administrative Assistant to their team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a laid-back office environment and wants to grow into a long-term role.

What You’ll Do:

Answer phones and assist customers
Help keep the office and inventory organized/stocked
Learn day-to-day operations to support the team
Assist with basic water testing (training provided)
Jump in where needed to help things run smoothly

What They’re Looking For:

Experience in office/admin, customer service, or management
Sales experience is a plus (not required)
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently at times
Willingness to learn a trade and grow with the company
