Irvine Technology Corporation (ITC) is looking for an ambitious, outgoing professional ready to build a career in business-to-business sales. You will receive hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions while learning how to develop client relationships and sell technology staffing solutions. Location: Texas, Tennessee, and surrounding states are preferred. The majority of the work is remote, with in-person client meetings as needed and occasional travel to California and Nashville for training.

Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $50,000 to $65,000 in base salary, plus benefits and uncapped commissions

What You’ll Do:

• Build a pipeline of prospective clients through research, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other sales tools.
• Start conversations with business and technology leaders, learn about their hiring needs, and introduce ITC’s staffing solutions.
• Develop the skills to lead discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and move prospective clients through the sales process.
• Partner closely with recruiters to deliver strong candidates, support client relationships, and help grow new accounts.
• Track outreach, follow-up activity, and sales opportunities in the CRM while participating in ongoing training and coaching.

What Gets You the Job:

• A bachelor’s degree and a strong interest in building a long-term career in sales.
• Zero to two or more years of sales, customer service, recruiting, or other experience involving frequent communication and relationship building.
• Confidence initiating conversations by phone, email, and LinkedIn, along with the persistence to follow up consistently.
• Strong communication, organization, research, and time-management skills.
• A competitive, coachable, and self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
