Position Details Department: Accounting Title: General Ledger Assistant Pay Range: 16.90/hr Date: 6/29/2025 Location: Administration Building 107 Report to: the controller and assistant controller Hours: 10-20 hours/week Period of Agreement: School Year Purpose Provide clerical duties and filing services to the controller and assistant controller. Duties & Responsibilities Posting of journal vouchers Other projects assigned by the Associate Controller and Controller. Job Specifications Education High school diploma or GED. Graduate student preferred. Experience None required, will train. Skills Filing accuracy, typing skills. Physical/Mental Demands Regular office work environment.
