Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at East Side Therapy, Ltd, your duties will include:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, focusing on psychological and relational issues.

• Developing, implementing, and managing personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.

• Maintaining detailed and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers, including physicians and psychiatrists, to integrate various aspects of a client's care.

• Participating in regular training and professional development sessions to stay updated on the latest therapeutic techniques and trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse group of patients, including individuals facing life transitions, couples navigating relationship challenges, and families dealing with complex dynamics. You will be equipped to address a wide variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and conflict resolution, using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have:

• A valid LMFT license in the state of California.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates with at least two years of relevant clinical experience. Preference will be given to those who have worked with diverse populations or have specialized training in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to this attractive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
