This position is responsible for organizing and preparing a broad spectrum of tax returns with direct support from supervisors, while offering you a clear pathway for ongoing career development.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Credentials: CPA license or CPA eligible.Experience: Minimum 3 years of recent experience at a public accounting firm in a tax-related position.Tax Skills: Experience preparing and reviewing returns for individuals, partnerships, and S corporations preferred. 1040 and review experience preferred.Software: QuickBooks experience is highly preferred.Core Skills: Strong organizational, writing, and verbal communication skills.Culture Fit: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining positive relationships with clients and coworkers.Duties and ResponsibilitiesQuality Control: Exhibit a high level of attention to detail throughout the tax preparation process.Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with staff and supervisors.Tax Compliance: Organize, prepare, and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and S corporations.Advisory & Analysis: Understand complex tax issues and apply them to sophisticated wealth management client situations and transactions.Research & Planning: Provide support for and participate in strategic tax planning and research.Leadership: Train and supervise entry-level staff and interns.What We OfferWe offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package heavily focused on true work/life balance.
