Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to build a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and surrounding support systems.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing various evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, establishing clear therapeutic goals and interventions that align with clients’ objectives.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless coordination of care.

• Prepare and lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups to enhance the therapeutic experience and foster community engagement.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments, creating safety plans when necessary to ensure client well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited educational institution.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred, candidates with specialized training or certification in particular treatment modalities will be given priority. Compensation and Benefits\n
