Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional status of clients, utilizing established tools and methodologies.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client, integrating evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate a range of therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, tailored to the diverse needs of your clientele.

• Continuously monitor clients’ progress, adapting treatment plans to reflect their evolving circumstances and feedback.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate therapeutic support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment strategies in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, holistic care.

• Stay informed about the latest trends and research in mental health treatment to provide the highest standard of care to clients.

• Engage in regular supervision and continuous education to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
