About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Operator Selection & Experience to spearhead the development of a robust network and platform for nurturing exceptional leaders on their journey to becoming CEOs and owners of small businesses. This pivotal role encompasses the entire operator lifecycle, from talent strategy and network engagement to the full spectrum of operator selection, matching, and post-placement support. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the operator talent strategy, building a high-quality operator network, and creating a compelling value proposition for prospective and placed operators. A key focus is on the long-term success of operators, including the design and implementation of pre-placement education, onboarding, and ongoing development programs. The VP will also be instrumental in tracking the health of the operator platform and will lead a small team while remaining actively involved in critical selection decisions. Applicants for the VP, Operator Selection & Experience role at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in executive talent, leadership development, talent strategy, or a related field, with a strong background in building and managing talent networks. The role requires a candidate with a builder's mindset, capable of both strategic planning and hands-on execution, and a proven track record of supporting leaders through various stages of their professional development.
