LOCATION: ON-SITE in Tulsa – start and end each day in the branch THE ROLE: Identify and prospect new candidates through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and other business development strategies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing candidates. Present staffing solutions tailored to each candidate’s needs. Partner closely with sales and operations teams to ensure exceptional service and successful placements. Conduct regular candidate follow-ups and meetings to strengthen relationships and identify additional opportunities. Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and information within the company’s CRM. Meet or exceed individual activity and revenue goals. Stay informed on local labor-market conditions, industry trends, and competitive activity. THE BACKGROUND: 1+ years of relevant or transferable professional experience. Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
