Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify mental health needs, crafting individualized treatment plans based on these insights.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities suitable for individuals, groups, and families.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach in delivering care to clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention, offering immediate support to clients during acute distress or emergencies, drawing upon your expertise and compassion.

Your work at Life Vista will involve serving a diverse client base, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will enhance your clinical skills and cultural competence by addressing a wide array of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship problems. This position allows you to make meaningful connections with clients, thereby positively impacting their lives and mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is essential.

• A master’s degree or doctor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity, enabling effective engagement with clients from varied ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, ensuring accurate and timely documentation in client records.

Compensation and Benefits\n
