Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to thoroughly evaluate clients' mental health issues, identifying personalized treatment needs and barriers to progress.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' specific challenges, goals, and preferred therapeutic approaches, ensuring a tailored experience for each client.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other proven methodologies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide integrated and harmonious care for clients, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

Qualifications\n
