Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health needs, establishing trust and rapport from the onset.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and treatment goals.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing telehealth platforms, ensuring that each session is engaging, supportive, and effective.

• Continuously monitor clients' progress throughout therapy and make real-time adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, including documenting treatment progress and client interactions accurately.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary mental health professionals, as required, to provide comprehensive and well-rounded care.

• Stay current with advancements in mental health practices and contribute to ongoing training and development within the team.

You will engage with diverse clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families seeking support for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of active and valid state licensure as a mental health therapist, including LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing psychotherapy or counseling services.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a focus on client-centered engagement.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.

• Familiarity with various evidence-based therapeutic techniques and a commitment to incorporating them into practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing therapy through telehealth modalities and using digital platforms for client management.

• A background working with a diverse client population, particularly in underserved communities.

• Competence in administering specific therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Mindfulness-Based therapies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 80,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
