Key Responsibilities\n

• Providing direct therapy to clients through individual and group sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote mental wellness.

• Assisting clients in establishing and achieving their treatment goals while routinely monitoring progress to adjust therapeutic strategies as necessary.

• Integrating prevention-oriented approaches within therapy sessions, focusing on both immediate concerns and long-term mental health care.

• Implementing and assessing the effectiveness of individualized treatment plans in collaboration with each client.

• Building relationships with external treatment providers and community placement agencies to coordinate patient care effectively.

• Maintaining thorough and timely documentation of client interactions, session notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will be essential in supporting a wide range of clients, from adolescents grappling with anxiety to adults facing severe depression or relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A fully licensed mental health professional (LCPC, LMFT, and/or LCSW).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• At least one year of direct experience in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Familiarity with community mental health resources is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
