Job DetailsJob Location: FERRANTE - LOS ANGELES, CA 90012 Salary Range: $25.00 - $25.00 Hourly As a Sr. Leasing Associate, you are considered the top echelon of leasing and will play a crucial role at GHP. You will be the “face” of the company and responsible for making an extraordinary long-lasting first impression. It is you who will be the first contact for our prospective residents and it is you who will be the driving force in helping them find the best place to call home REPORTS TO: Community Manager/Leasing Manager HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE: Customer Service: Create a sense of community and an outstanding living experience for new residents Assistswith all prospect inquiries including application process, tour coordination, lease administration, approval process, and move-in process to ensure the new resident has the best move in experience attainable. Demonstrates service excellence through the demonstration of company values, our employeepromise,policiesand initiatives. Sales and Marketing: Createsexcitement through creative campaigns, continuous outreach, and social media Adheres to sales and occupancy goals, and service standards byconsistently delivering a strong closing ratio Developsandmaintainsan on-going resident retention programthroughReputation Management and Marketing Activities QualificationsYOU HAVE: Desire to deliver an exceptionalresidentandcolleagueexperience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment 2-5years' practical experiencein sales or customer relations General computer skillsrequired Must pass background and drug test screening PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Regular andphysical attendance isrequired.
