Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and couples therapy sessions, creating personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Specializing in family-focused dynamics and addressing issues such as alcohol abuse, conflict resolutions among family members, grief and loss, and adjustment issues related to separation or divorce.

• Facilitating collaborative sessions that involve parents, children, and adolescents, aiming to strengthen family relationships and improve communication.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and maintaining accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and agency policies.

• Participating in regular team meetings for case consultation and continuing education to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve diverse client populations, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will address a spectrum of concerns, ranging from relationship conflicts and blended family challenges to individual mental health struggles. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Virginia.
