You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents while delivering exceptional customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule Mon 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Tue 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Wed 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Thur 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Fri 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while carrying out site-specific procedures and appropriate emergency response activities. Control access to the distribution location by verifying identification, credentials, visitor authorizations, and delivery or pickup documentation. Monitor entry and exit points, gates, loading areas, and access-control systems; maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and incident records. Respond to access-related incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, and loading zones to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of security-related experience is required. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
