Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly supervision and guidance to practicum students who are pursuing clinical licensure or completing their Master’s programs, ensuring they receive valuable on-the-job training and insight.

• Provide direct psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with other healthcare professionals, community resources, and organizations to create comprehensive treatment plans that address clients’ multifaceted needs.

• Regularly contribute to the formulation and execution of treatment plans, monitoring client progress, and making necessary adjustments in collaboration with the clinical team.

• Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation in compliance with organizational guidelines and legal standards, ensuring effective tracking of therapeutic progress.

• Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and advancements in the field of therapy, actively incorporating new knowledge into client treatment strategies.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting a varied clientele, including individuals and families dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and a host of other mental health issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, emphasizing the importance of cultural competency and empathy in the therapeutic relationship. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.

• A valid state-issued license, such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist.

• Professional liability insurance to ensure protection for both the practitioners and clients during therapy sessions.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating the ability to effectively engage and support clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
